The return process itself was simple, but the refund took way longer than I expected. I’ve returned items from other places before and usually got my money back much faster, so this was a bit frustrating.

I didnt have any trouble tracking my order. The updates came through fine and I always had a good idea of where my package was.

The packaging was discreet, which I appreciated, but the box showed up looking beat up. Tracking was also really bad, and dealing with the automated updates was frustrating because they didn’t tell me anything useful. I just wanted a straight answer about where my order was. Not sure I’d order again.

I had an issue with my order and, support was a bit slow getting back to me at first. After a few messages back and forth, they did end up fixing it, so I can’t be too upset, right? It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but at least they followed through and got it resolved in the end.

But the shipping cost felt higher than it should’ve been for what I ordered. By the time I got to the total, it was more than I expected. I get that shipping isn’t free, but it would’ve been nice if the cost was cheaper or at least made clearer before checkout

I ordered from progenpeptide.com for the first time, the whole process was easy. The site wasn’t confusing, I found what I was looking for without having to dig around forever, and checkout went through without any major issues.
I’m giving 4 stars because the confirmation email took a little longer than I expected, and yeah, that made me wonder for a minute if the order actually worked. But it did come through, everything looked right, and I don’t really think that’s enough to call it a bad experience. Overall, it was a solid ordering process.

I don’t really want to jump through extra steps just to pay for something , so I ended up closing the site without buying . Super frustrating .

I ordered because I saw lab testing mentioned, but once I actually tried to check the details, it felt a little too vague for me... I was expecting COAs that were easy to find and clearly matched to the exact product or batch.
Some pages had testing info, others didn’t, and I ended up clicking around more than I expected. Maybe the information is there somewhere, but it definitely wasn’t obvious to me.

The product arrived totally fine, so no issue there... but with this kind of purchase, transparency really matters. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the testing info is shown in a much clearer way

It was easy to reconstitute and didn’t take much time. The vial mixed up fine after a gentle swirl, and I didn’t notice any weird clumps or anything. The instructions could definitely be clearer if you’re doing it for the first time, though. Overall it was simpler than I expected, but I’m still not totally sure about the quality since there isn’t much to go off of besides how it mixed.
